After working 3 years in private television, he resigned and began freelancing for TV commercials. His first job in the film industry was as a camera operator for an independent film in Italy in 2011, and his first film as Steadicam operator was in 2013. In March 2018, Lucano decided to expand his Steadicam career by purchasing the new Trinity system from Arri, becoming the first Trinity operator in Asia. He quickly developed the necessary skills and passion for the new equipment, which allowed Lucano to rapidly grow in the Chinese film industry. One year later, his global achievements and successful projects earned him the trust of Mr. Schaller, who certified him as “Trinity Trainer” for Arri. Subsequently, Lucano began working closely with Arri, representing the company at industry exhibitions and various workshops throughout China.
